Where in Saint Louis do you deliver?

We deliver to most Saint Louis areas. If your address is determined to be outside of our delivery radius, we will contact you to let you know, at which point you may choose to either have your order delivered by our trusted third-party courier service (rates vary and depend on distance), or pick it up curbside.

Please note: We do not deliver products outside the State of Missouri. Missouri law prohibits delivery of our products across state lines.

What are your delivery hours and when can I place an order for delivery?

Our delivery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 12pm to 7pm. You may place an order anytime and schedule it to be delivered during those hours. Same-day delivery is available when you order before 4pm. 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery rates are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on both the driving distance of your delivery address and the dollar amount of your order. Delivery fees are calculated using the below formulas.

Which products are available for local delivery?

All products on our website are available for local delivery, so long as they are in stock and meet our $25 minimum.


How do I schedule an order to be delivered on a specific day and time?

When you’re finished shopping and ready to checkout, click on your shopping cart in the top right corner of the website. Once in your cart, this is where you will schedule a date and time for delivery and proceed to checkout.

 

 

When exactly will my delivery arrive?

Your delivery will arrive within the delivery window specified at checkout.

 

Does someone have to be there to accept delivery?

Yes. A person 21 years of age or older must be home to present a government issue I.D. verifying he/she/they is of legal age to accept delivery of alcohol and/or tobacco products. Refer to our Terms of Service for more information on I.D. and Age Verification, or here for information on Covid-19 Safety and ID verification.

 

Which products are available as gifts for local delivery?

Technically, you can send any of our products to someone as a gift, but we’ve curated an awesome selection of booze and snack boxes for you to send as gifts. A bed of excelsior is at the bottom of each box so your product is cushioned (to prevent movement/damage) and presents well upon arrival.


Can I create a custom gift box for someone who likes a certain booze or snack?

Yes, order a custom box at any value here. Once you place an order for a custom box at a specified value, we’ll follow up with you to finalize items for the box. Of course, feel free to email order@boozeandsnacks.com with any questions.


In regard to the COVID-19 virus, what measures are you taking to ensure a safe delivery experience for your customers and staff?

We are taking all the precautions necessary to ensure the safety of you and our staff, as long as the COVID-19 virus remains a threat. This means following all CDC recommendations, minimizing risk by limiting handling and personnel, and implementing a no-contact drop-off system for all orders.
